EDUCATION SESSION:
Red-wines-in-progress. This session is devoted to the red wines you began making in fall 2008. Most (all?) of these will still be in the carboy or barrel, but not to worry. The idea is to bring samples (a bottle) at this stage of development so that others can learn and you may get some suggestions yourself.
